Our valued team member, Melissa Hawkes is training hard to participate in Pawgust. Mel is going to run everday in August. We would like to wish her and her dogs all the best for her pawgust campaign.

Well it seems that the main number is back up and working, so rest assured if you have rung in the last 2 days and got the ‘this number is disconnected’ message, we are still open!
True to form though for Telstra, the fax and second line are still awol.
EDIT: With the weekend now here. Phone and fax all restored.

Update on the phones! Hiccups with change of service, our numbers have been disconnected but not yet reconnected to Darlot st.
Currently should be able to get through on 53821390 until it’s sorted🤞

RECEPTION / ADMINISTRATION POSITION AVAILABLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic, people person to join our team. Our private clinic offers Physiotherapy and Podiatry services.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Answering the phone and making appointments using specific software (PPMP)
- Charging clients for treatments, fee collection, issuing receipts.
- Billing TAC, Workcover and DVA.
- Banking and entering accounts.
- Daily reconciliation of cash, EFT, HiCaps.
- Liaising with Physiotherapist, Podiatrists, and external practitioners.
The applicant will:
- Have strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Reckon accounting software will be highly regarded.
- Be Friendly, and have a welcoming nature
- Experience in medical clinics useful but not essential.
What we will offer:
- On the job training
- Casual employment, 5 days / fortnight, weekdays only.
