Had this beautiful r33 in today for some diagnostic work
We found alot of issues like the drivers door bolt had snapped causing drivers window and passanger window to not work, after repairing also found a intermitten circuit issue in the drivers door harness causing the passanger window to not work.
Half the dash cluster lights did not work so found terminals bent not making contact and slide pins for dash lights push back also not making contact, once pins bent and a bulb replced all now works
Next up was horn to find install was incorrect and clock spring was missing the front srs face which also holds the horn circuit.
All repaired but horn till another clockspring comes in.
With another happy customer ready for the streets

Call out breakdown for this commadore, had no crank but had lights so did basic diagnostics to find this one singular 2mm earth, causing the problem. Once terminated she cranked and started.

Diagnose rear lights and replace faulty alternator on this D40 navara, these clutch design alternators are common for the clutch to fail and cause charging issues or no charge. With a new one installed an charge rate back to 14.6v we had another happy customer on our hands.

Lights and becons wires up on this brand new freightliner, absolute delight working on these!

Solar panel job was rather interesting, brand new panels and mppt charger and yet no charge even on a bright sunny day?
Found diodes at the solar panel not making contact, second panel pumping out 2amps which is fine for its size and finding out the mppt was not setup correctly.
New bigger panels and a re wire due to poor solder job and she'll be pumping that charge!

Another trailer issue, yet this one had multiple issues being car side trailer plug pins pushed back not making contact, trailers trailer plug wires not even in the connector and open circuit from trailers trailer plug to lights.

When a truck comes in with lighting issues....

Relocated fusebox completed on this R33, by utilising the factory box we cut it down to size and mounted it behind the drivers gaurd. This is for the budget people in mind who want to remove/relocate their fusebox without spending big dollars.

Got this beautiful R33 in for a fusebox delete and fix brake issue.
keeping this one on a budget by using the old fusebox and relocating it.

Handbrake alarm fitted to this frenna or tiddi, used a recarc hand brake alarm to get them passed out for site! Cant beat best of the best

Redarc brake controller and 50amp anderson plug fitted on this brand new 2024 toyota hilux

Call out to the airport for a lil baggage tugger having brake issues, fair to say who ever tried finding the issue before must had a pub sesh the night before.

Will now need a new caliper due to the piston splitting the seal.

Had a customer in today for some trailer issues, fair to say he was not wrong

E-stop installed on this brand new excavator. Customer wanted it outside of the vehicle with easy hit situation.
With the excavator in full operation, simple smack of the button and vehicle will shut engine down everytime.

Well.... this was a interesting one to say the lest. Redot aircon system not working i wonder why 😂

Well not everyday i'll work on a john deer wood chipper but had a callout to find a starting issue on one. Customer had a few self repairs that caused voltage drop issues to the starter and once repaired it still wouldn't start. So i pulled it out n bench tested it to notice still nothing. Pulled the soleniod top hat off and looky looky! Found the activation wire was broken at the soleniod contacts. Quick re solder, clean the contacts, bench tested again and viola! We have engagement. That was a chip of the shoulder for this customer 👌

installed on this rig of a Ford Ranger ready for a week away trip and camping! Also diagnosing the lightbar issue i found corrosion in the connector and with a quick clean we got it back up n working!

Quick headunit swap out on my personal car! After having a single din for 5 years i figured it was time to upgrade to a apple carplay headunit.

Had this subaru evo spec come thru with in need of a new headunit along side some speakers and tweeters. Will be back for aftermarket sub, amp and rear speakers!
