We are looking for a Full-Time Administration Assistant to join our team. A family run business of 36 years based in Ipswich, Turley Car & Truck are looking for another member to join our small administration team. Experience in Automotive administration is preferred and candidate will be required to provide services in mechanical administration and towing administration. In this position, you will bring excellent customer service, multi-task and keep up in an ever changing environment.

This job includes:

• Attending Phone Calls, Customer Emails, communications.
• Processing of Supplier/Debtor Invoices
• Accounts payable/Receivable Reconciliations
• Taking payments
• General reception duties, filling, banking, ordering stationary.

The Successful Applicant must have:
• Customer service/service department experience.
• Accounts payable/receivable experience.
• MYOB experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Polite and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional computer skills, data entry skills.
• High level of time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
• Work unsupervised and under pressure, at times.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office.
