So many squats! 10 reps of all and a focus on technique.
I did try and think of all the squats I could any more I should add for next time?

Your non exercise activity thermogenesis (your caloric burn just moving around, taking the stairs, doing the shopping, getting up fifty times to put the toddler back in their bed etc) accounts for more than you may think.
So you have your basal metabolic rate which is how many calories you burn just existing and running your organs etc for every day function and being alive. That accounts for around 60-70% of your daily energy burn.
Diet induced thermogenesis is how much energy you burn digesting food which accounts for around 5% of your daily energy expenditure which is kind of funny really.
Typically your NEAT (non exercise activity thermogenesis that I mentuoned above, so the taking the stairs, walking across the car park, etc) accounts for around 20% of your daily caloric burn, with the rest being taken up by intended exercise which if course varies human to human.
So, basically, it all counts. If you move more just living your best life, taking the stairs, parking further away, getting off the bus a stop early, dancing around the kitchen while putting away dishes, etc you'll actually boost that A LOT.
