Today the Mr Churros team were set up at Mornington Racecourse for another wonderful market day of non stop coffee & churros. Leilani our beautiful-dedicated barista and Sebastien the customer service guru smashed them out today. Well done guys

We had the most incredible day filled with beautiful sun, Coffee’s, churros, strawberry cups and slushies. Today’s crew (Leilani & Sebastien) did an amazing job of smashing out those orders from start to finish. There was no stopping Leilani was unstoppable on the coffee machine and Sebastien was a gun at the customer service window as usual ♠️♠️♠️

Hola amigos!! We wanna let all of our Pakenham-Officer friends know that this Friday evening 5.30-8.30pm the Mr Churros dessert truck will be parked up at the Aspire childcare centre Pakenham supporting their community spring carnival. We have an amazing following in Pakenham and we promised to always let the community know whenever we’re back in town. This Friday folks is your chance to drop in and grab your yummy warm churros. Grab the kids and drop in for a fun evening of food, market stalls and activities. The team and I look forward to seeing you there # # #

We’re super excited about adding the ‘Latin dog’ to our menu and we absolutely cannot wait to start serving these up to our customers. Mr Churros would like to extend a huge thank you to our new and wonderful friend Donnelle Maunsell-Tautu and the Pakenham Eels Rugby League Club for having us at there magnificent club grounds on Saturday. We’re rugby league fans ourselves and we certainly enjoyed the huge line up of mens and women’s games running the entire day. The view from our serving window to the main grounds was insane and we enjoyed the energy and passion from each and every game. Everybody was so happy and enthusiastic to be out supporting their teams, friends and families and the electric atmosphere and culture was a joy to be around. Thank you ‘Dee’ and thank you to the club committee for choosing us to look after you all on Saturday. See you all again soon. Lots of MC love from our team to yours # # #

Running and operating a food truck has its moments. It’s extremely rewarding yet exhausting and frustrating all at the same time. Not everyday but some days. Like any industry it has its moments but at the end of each day we have each other and we always endeavour to have fun, smile and enjoy the journey. No matter where it takes us. Fortunately for us our days are mostly exciting and rewarding because of the family and the team that supports and drives us each and everyday we trade. As much as we love making and serving our treats we are ultimately about people. The family and friends (Amigos) we keep and the awesome customers we serve.
