Hi everyone We have this term had some sad news that one of our great young teen students Eamon Smith has been diagnosed with Leukemia. A big shock to us all and to his family. He is receiving the necessary treatment and will battle his way through this. I know I speak for all of the Bushido team and family that we are right behind him and wish him all the best in his recovery. One thing that is needed during this process is blood for transfusions. The family has asked if we can pass on the message that if you can donate please do so as there are so many people in need of blood and plasma. On the public holiday, Brenda and I went down to our local donation centre and hopefully, this will help someone in need. We know Eamon has a way to go, but we all hope to see him back fit and healthy and back on the mats once up to it. With him falling ill just before our grading he unfortunately missed that day. However, he had done more than enough with his efforts in the months prior to be ready to be graded. At the grading weekend away we had the the whole Born to Roll team from all over (Vic, NSW, SA, Thailand) who all wished Eamon a get well soon and Head International Coach Olavo promoting him to his Grey belt. Well done and well deservedπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘Š Remember please get out there and donate if possible - thank youπŸ™ https://www.lifeblood.com.au

Sempai Brenda and Chloe in their last round - number 41. Because round 40 was not good enough - no short cuts no free lunches even for family. Belts are earnt fair and square on the mats. Nothing left in the tank at the end of this round. Well done girls super proud of you both. Hope this inspires the other girls in the club to give it their all and see how far they can go. Sempai Kyle and Reece fighting the 40th round. Brother against brother and bringing the best out of each other. Great work guys, proud of you both. Osu πŸ™πŸ‘Š
