FULLTIME or PART TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT / TRAINEE - LAUNCESTON TASMANIA

We are seeking a friendly, professional and efficient administration assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests and clients, answering phone calls and performing administrative tasks as needed.

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling incoming phone calls and taking messages efficiently.
- Welcoming visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanour.
- Preparing and assembling letters, reports, and various documents.
- Managing filing systems, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Performing general office upkeep and organisation.
- Running errands as needed.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Drivers licence desirable.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Experience in a consulting practice is advantageous.

Established in 2022, from a partnership of Collectively like-minded engineers and technical staff, our efficient team provides design and consulting services to a range of clients in both the private and government sector. Collective has continuous work into the foreseeable future that now require the following key positions:

• An experienced Principal Civil Engineer (10+ years) to take ownership and lead the civil team and assist in its growth.

• A junior or intermediate level Revit 3d structural modeller (1-5 years) to assist our senior modellers and learn their trade.

• A Civil Designer/Modeller to lead the civil drafting team and assist our Principal Engineers.
