Bit of Windfoil R&D going on amongst other things.

A bit more footage from testing. Max has just jumped on the Circus and getting a feel for it, what is clear is how easy it is to move around the boat. After comparing notes on the tune of the boat the rake will be increased a touch and the AoA of the foil increased, its using too much flap for lift at this point, I made the change and the boat was much improved the next day. Plus Max likes the tiller bungy much tighter so the boat is less twitchy steering.

Sending the Circus.

Getting older Moths up to Speed. Here's the Flying Circus, my old boat from ten years ago that I got back part exchange when I sold the Pimp Mobile. The Pimp had been highly modified and we learnt a lot about what changes made a difference or not along the way. The circus has been set up as cleanly and simply as possible, Has been fitted with a new universal centrecase in the right spot so can be fitted with any new verticals and foils that may be developed in the future, has a Mach 2 2.4 rudder and small foil plus has the latest in out SM1 and SM2 rigs. At the moment I am using an old Prowler F33 foil that I have further modified and the boat has the BugsCam control system fitted. I sent Max Godfroy out so I could have a look at the rig from off the boat, for him the footstraps where all wrong (he's twice my height) and we maxed out the vang (new splicing settling in), but all is working well and the boat shows great potential.
