Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 3 OEM colour matched valve cover replacing the silver one.

The colour looks pretty close to the original Evo 4g63 colour.

Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 2.5 given a basic resto treatment.

This included visibile nuts and bolts changeover (top engine bay only). It also got a refurbed bonnet prop, battery bracket, rods and an overall quick detail.

Another batch of parts cleaned, plated and being sorted. Some stay as is, some go to the next phase and get powder coated.

- Thermostat housing comparison (original vs blasted items).
- Water pump pullies zinc plated and masked up ready for powder coating.
- Sumps all plated, masked up and off to powder.
- Original cleaned power steering lines and shifter bases off to get stripped and prepped pre plating.
- GTO aircon alloy line and heater hoses cleaned up.

This week's work.

Lots of things to sort out for builds and pre done stock.

Restored vs a typical 30 year old Mitsubishi Lancer Evo shifter base and arm.

Toyota Yaris GR tow eye hook refinished to meet race track requirements.

Black is the factory finish. We stripped the black and replated it in blue zinc followed by some bright red powder coating (same as what I do for the Mitsu valve covers).

Defintely looks better than the spray painted hook (dull).
