We returned yesterday and made a 4” dump pipe back system as well as stiffening the rear control arms.

Been awhile since I’ve done a post but had to share this interesting Xf Falcon

Customer made some 3” intercooler piping up but wasn’t happy with all the joints so we did what we do best and made up some 1 piece piping hot and cold side

Unfortunately the manifold was high so we had to wrap around and make sure there was enough room to change plugs without taking dump off.

Followed by making a 3.5” stainless dump pipe we made up a 3.5” diff dump system aswell

Been a busy week getting jobs sorted so haven’t had a lot of time getting back to everyone.

I also thought I’d let everyone know I’ll be moving on from fabrication work, somethings come up and I’ve accepted so I won’t be booking in any more work, work that’s already pre booked will get done but that’s all.

Has been fun getting everything lined up and in a neat position, still a heap of work left but twin Garrett 35s out the bonnet with teardrop dump pipes.

Still need to make up screamer pipes with teardrops on ends of pipe work plus intercooler piping and a few other bits and pieces.

Hopefully finished this week🤞🏼

What a beautifully built Holden VL Turbo!

We headed down to Mecktech Tyre and Auto to help get this beast all piped up. They have done such an awesome job building this car and honestly gorgeous!

• 3” Stainless no hole intercooler piping with turbosmart clamps and Aeroflow silicones.

• 3” Stainless steel dump pipe.

•2” Stainless steel screamer pipe.

Heading back tomorrow to finish off the turbo back exhaust, get everything welded and get this thing roaring!

Well this is a little different than usual!

Had the opportunity to work on this awesome car!

We made 2 3” stainless bolt on systems for the track, 1 being 3” round to oval with side exit exhausts for a louder bark around the track and the other being a twin muffler diff dump for the tracks that are a little more sound regulated.

Getting back into the swing of things after a crazy couple of weeks with bringing my beautiful daughter into the world and getting settled in.

This morning we smashed out a 2” Stainless screamer piping for a Ford FG.

Then headed out to a customer with 2 awesome rides! We converted his twin full system exhaust to a diff dump then did a small modification to the exhaust baffles on his gorgeous chopper !

First day back after a week off and smashed out this 4” stainless dump back on this 1000hp+ Ford EL Falcon.

We’ve previously done a complete set up on this car including a 60mm wastegate set up, 4” stainless dump pipe, 4” stainless intake and this was the final piece!

Bit of exciting news, my little daughter is due first could weeks of April.

Once she’s born I’ll obviously be taking some time off but once everything calms down I’ll be coming back to do a couple days a week.

Twin turbo LS VL all finished!

What a job, we definitely spent a few hours on getting this car done and nothing beats seeing what it was to what it is now.

Customer is over the moon and that means everything!

Today I spent the day on the twin turbo LS VL, smashed out both dump pipes and started on the exhaust.
Tried to get them both the same but with the turbos in slightly different positions it was definitely fun, customers happy with the outcome!

Twin 3.5” stainless dumps then reducing down to run twin 3” systems with some mufflers and dumped before the diff.

Tomorrow head back down to the customer and finish off the exhaust and plumb back the twin 44mm gates ✌🏼

Traveled out to Eltham today to sort out another Barra turbo converted Ford EL. Boys down at Auto Test Service Center have done an awesome job at putting this car together for the customer.

• 4” Stainless dump pipe
• 4” Stainless intake pipe with pod
• 60mm Turbosmart wastegate set up with 2.5” stainless screamer pipe
• We also stiffened up the rear control arms and made a few other bits and pieces on the car

Waiting for a tail shaft to go in before we head back up there and finish up a 4” stainless exhaust dumping at the diff.

Alloy intercooler pipes are getting done by next weekend!

Should be a very fast street car!

Running in the new engine on the Dalmore EF shop car 🤤

Today we went out to DriveTech Automotive in Tullamarine to get this Nissan R33 Skyline piped up.

• 3.5” Stainless dump pipe
• 3” Stainless dump back
• 3” Stainless intercooler piping with Aeroflow silicones and Turbosmart clamps.
• 2” Stainless screamer pipe

8.5 hours and the job was done start to finish! We also spent an hour with one of the owners showing him the basics of tig welding.

The last 4-5 jobs I’ve sat with customers explaining tig welding and letting them use my machines to practice at no charge. If I can help make someone’s life easier by teaching them a skill I know 100% I’ll go out of my way to share my knowledge.

Twin turbo LS Holden VL

Customer contacted us in regards to his VL needing an exhaust system.
We went out on site to have a better look at the set up and worked out that the J-Pipes coming off the manifolds were made from thin wall exhaust tubing….. 😬

After discussing with the customer we got a plan together to remake the J-pipes, making anything to meet up with something that’s already fixed in position with intercooler piping, lines and feeds is definitely a challenge but we ended up getting the J-pipes done using steam pipe.

Stage 1 of 5 done, now to tackle the placement of the wastegates, get them plumbed back then remake 3.5” dump pipes and a twin exhaust system to suit.

2 days and just under 500km!

The Gu Barra turbo is finished and running 👏

• 3” Stainless intercooler piping
• 4” Stainless intake
• 3” Stainless turbo back exhaust with a high flow cat, muffler and resonator.

Turbosmart clamps, Aeroflow silicones.

All supplied, made and fitted on-site.

Nissan Gu Patrol with a Turbo Barra, customer booked us 3 months in advance for his awesome build.
This is a very well set up 4x4 and should see some good numbers.

• Making up a 4” Stainless intake that’ll wrap around the front of the motor.
