I absolutely love BBQs, getting together with friends and family, celebrating life events. BBQs can always be full of just heavy meat, bread, potato salads! Leaving me feeling so bloated. My go to plate to bring is one of my big loaded salads! Packed with absolutely everything your body needs! Cauliflower cooked in garlic, asparagus, avocado, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, onions, walnuts, spinach, rocket, delicious bocconcini, crumbled feta, dressed with lemon and a balsamic glaze! Mmmm felt so revived after eating this! 🤤 😋
The Great Ocean Road. 🌊 This pure air braces the listless nerves, and warms the blood. I feel in freedom here. ✨
Self healing, look up, breathe...🧘♀️
~ For in the true nature of things, if we really consider, every green tree is far from glorious than if it were made of gold or silver ~🌲🌳
Don’t give up! You got this! 💪🙌
~She let go
Without a thought or a word, she let go.
She let go of the fear.
She let go of the judgments.
She let go of the confluence of opinions swarming around her head.
She let go of the committee of indecision within her.
She let go of all the 'right' reasons.
Wholly and completely, without hesitation or worry, she just let go...
No one was around when it happened. There was no applause or congratulations. No one thanked her or praised her. No one noticed a thing. Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go.
There was no effort.
There was no struggle.
It wasn't good and it wasn't bad. It was what it was, and it is just that.
In the space of letting go, she let it all be.
A small smile came over her face. A light breeze blew through her. And the sun and the moon shone forevermore.~ 🙏❤️

I needed to take time to heal my soul and there is nothing more healing than a walk in nature, breathing in the fresh air, the wind blowing in the trees, the sound of the paddles hitting the water, the crunch of each step I take through the forest. The most spectacular part was looking above me to see thousands of bats restfully sleeping above me whilst I embrace the beauty of what nature has to offer. What an incredible experience that was!! 🦇 🌲
One of the most important messages I will always spread as much as possible, this is reality and people need to be more aware of. Just be kind and gentle. 🙏
Judging a person does not define who they are, it defines who you are.
Lapis Lazuli. Such a beautiful gemstone that opens the thirds eye, boosts your imagination, enhances wisdom and truth. Promotes self awareness and clears the mind of emotional baggage.
Celebrated being 32!!!! ☺️ I remember thinking at the age of 32 I am going to have a family, at least 2 kids by now. Nope, not quite. But what I’ve learnt is, it’s ok not to be where I thought I’d be. There’s no rush, if something is meant to be it’ll happen, in the right time for the right reasons. I need to not be hard on myself and just enjoy life. Challenges are what makes life interesting, overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. My time will come so embrace what I have now🙏❤️

Life is like ice cream, enjoy it before it melts. 🍦😋
Embracing the beauty of the ocean, there’s nothing more beautiful than the way the ocean refuses to stop kissing the shoreline, no matter how many times it is sent away. ❤️🌊
What a year 2021 was, there were laughs and lots of tears. For me it was a very hard and emotional year. I learnt so much about myself and did a lot of self reflection. It’s now time to put that behind me and look into 2022 with a positive mind set. Bring on the new challenges life has to offer, I am ready and stronger than ever. Time to celebrate the new me! Happy New Year 🥳 🙏❤️

Benefits of the beach 🏖
The sound and visuals of the beach and ocean are simply so soothing and peaceful. The smell of the salt water and sand beneath my toes, takes me back to my childhood. If you feel the same, well there is a reason why the beach makes you feel so calm and at peace -
Studies show short walks along the beach can boost your mood and affect your mental health. The Colour of the Water can be healthy for our brains. The colour blue has been proven to produce relaxing responses in our brain, associated with feelings of calm and peace. 💧💙
One of the most essential vitamins in our diets is vitamin D and of course you get that from the sun, increasing your serotonin, regulating mood and warding off depression.🌞
The iodine in ocean water, is a fantastic immune system booster.
It not only is highly antiseptic, it helps boost the function of the thyroid gland which, in turn, boosts our immune system’s function.🌅
The crashing sounds of waves can help you achieve a meditative state, which is proven to heal and strengthen your brain.🌊 .
"I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order."
A gorgeous weekend at Footscray Park, found some beautiful spots, appreciating the beauty of nature.
~Hobbies ~🕯
Being a little bit creative and having a some fun during lockdown making these beauties.
-
Life can get so overwhelming, having a hobby you enjoy can help your mental health and wellbeing. Hobbies offer new challenges, improving yourself confidence and self esteem. Helping you reduce stress and anxiety. So what’s your hobby? You may not have one yet, so why not start exploring your options and start being creative and challenge yourself. It’s amazing how a hobby can really bring a sense of fulfilment and joy to your life.
~When you let go what no longer serves you, you create a space for what's meant to be~
🌲🕊Nature is a place for my mind to escape, reconnecting with my soul. Breathing in the fresh air, hearing the birds chirping, water flowing, the wind blowing through the trees. The sounds of nature is so soothing for ones soul. It allows me to feel free, easing away any stress and worries. To me, there is nothing more magical than losing myself in nature and finding inner peace. 🍃🌻
Today is RUOK Day -
Asking ‘are you really OK?’ helps break down the barriers and gives someone space to share what is really going on in their life. We can all be active listeners - tuning in to what someone is saying and noticing the signs they might not be doing so great.
That’s why ‘Are they really OK?’ is such a great message. We need to ask in a way that will help someone give a genuine response.
For tips for when and how to ask. Visit https://www.ruok.org.au/how-to-ask
This year has been tough not being able to spend precious moments with loved ones. Life has it hurdles, this year has been an emotional rollercoaster, I am so blessed and grateful to have an amazing father to reach out to, to be able to express myself to and to know, no matter what he will always have my back.
Thank you for all your love and support. Thank you for listening, and being there for me when I’ve needed you the most. Love you always. Happy Fathers Day ❤️
Life has it challenges, but know “it’s Okay not to be Okay”. Take care of yourself and remember that it is not selfish to put your needs first. When we take good care of ourselves, we’re likely to see an improvement in many aspects of our lives, including our physical health and relationships. And this puts us in a better position to serve as a pillar of support for people we love. .
“Remember the good times, be strong during tough times, love always, laugh often, live honestly, and be thankful for each new day” 🙏

"Plant seeds of happiness, hope, success, and love; it will all come back to you in abundance. This is the law of nature."
🙏Stay positive.
Take a deep breath.
Keep moving forward
And don’t look back.
Everything is working out
For your highest good.
Embrace and trust
The process.🙏 .
I could choose to laze around during our 5th lockdown. Instead I chose to be productive and do something that I love! Cook a delicious meal! Started with a yummy breaky and finished with dinner - Cannelloni with beef, spinach and ricotta with a delicious fresh salad which include, fried cauliflower and almonds, mixed tomatoes, orange, bocconcini, spring onion, dukkah and more. Such a satisfying feed. 😋
Feeling Stuck?🙏
You may have reached a point in life where you feel stuck and life just seems, well boring. Things may feel so repetitive, life is just routine lacking thrill and excitement.
You are not alone! Everyone goes through their ups and downs in a certain point of their life, it may be in different areas, such as – feeling trapped in their job, unhealthy relationships, visioned a different future for themselves.
But how can YOU change this?
Here are some of my strategies on how to move forward -
Firstly – Sit down and think about exactly what it is making you feel stuck. Dig deep and write everything out until you have reached that blockage inside you. Writing about our problems is another way we can release emotional pain and gain greater perspective.
Change your routine – Shift your focus and start doing things for you that makes you feel good! Turn your negative mind set to a positive one with things you enjoy.
Write a gratitude list – Write down everything you are grateful for. This is a reminder of what you do have and can really shift that mindset, increasing positivity making you more optimistic.
Choose the right people to talk to– Talking about our problems and verbalizing our negative feelings to friends has been a source of relief for centuries. We gain new perspective - Talking about your feelings isn't a sign of weakness. It's part of taking charge of your wellbeing and doing what you can to stay healthy. .
After a long week I thought to treat myself with a delicious breaky from and a fruity cocktail from , with a delicious chicken salad bursting with flavour! Thank you for the amazing meals. 👌😋
Lock down bringing out my cooking skills. Yummy pumpkin soup, red pesto gnocchi and a refreshing rocket, pear, walnut salad with delicious feta, cherry tomatoes and fresh beetroot. .
Change can be scary, I to need routine, as soon as something changes I tend to get a little anxious and unsettled. Our brain is wired to do the same thing over and over, regardless if that activity is good or bad for you.
One thing I have learnt - It's Okay to Change- Be open to where you're led, even if it makes no sense and is completely out of line with who you believe yourself to be in this moment. As long as it's for you, to make you happy.
Reasons why change is good for you!
Most people are afraid of change because it forces them outside their comfort zone. (Go there it’s not that uncomfortable)
Without change there is no adventure in life
It takes much more energy and effort to resist change than it does to accept it
Change is learning and does wonders for your self-development. You discover new insights about different aspects of your life.
Change is opportunity - Changes will bring new choices for happiness and fulfilment.
Change makes you more flexible, more understanding and prepares you for the future
When we change we adapt and move forward, when we don’t we move backwards.
You get to find out who you really are
Teaches us to adapt and help us develop resilience .
Mental Clutter can be so overwhelming, unable to stay focus, overthinking, disrupting our productivity, our balance in life and mental health. If you to feel stuck, well there are ways to ease it and regain focus.
Here are some tips -
Stay in control of your to-do list by prioritising and completing the most important items.
For every bad thought that enters your headspace, make room for two things that make you happy.
Keep a journal - Journaling is a great way to empty your mind and to organise your thoughts.
Let go of things you can’t control - Stop fixating on what happened in the past, or overthinking what others may think of you. Once you accept that and learn how to let go, you can then finally move forward
Meditation is such a powerful way of clearing the mind and regaining that balance and focus. By prioritising meditation in your daily routine you enable yourself to declutter your mind and retain focus every day.
Sit with your emotions - We often avoid emotions such as anxiety and fear as they are overwhelming and well scary. They don’t feel good and stress us out.
We often Band-Aid our feelings, and procrastinate until another day. The sensation of anxiety, fear, and shame may bring up chills in your body and turning tummies, feelings we try and avoid. But you may realise these sensations won't kill you, and may have a better understanding of where these emotions are coming from.
Accepting those means they quiet down, and you can shift your focus to changing the root of these feelings. Eventually, they no longer bother you and you can move on. .
HAPPY MONDAY!!!
What a lovely weekend I had with plenty of food, nature and love. 💖🌲🥗
Now to push through another week of work to enjoy another wonderful weekend. 😁
Let’s Start It Off Positive.🙏✨
I Choose To Have and Awesome Week
I Choose To Love with an Expanded Heart
I Choose To Embrace My Strength Within
I Choose To Work with a Focus Mind
I Choose To Be Thankful For All I Have
Holding Onto Past Memories. 🙇🏻♀️
There are two quite different ways of thinking about the past. These two ways of thinking about the past are known as rumination and introspection.
It is perfectly ok revisiting beautiful, happy, joyful memories, which we refer to as Introspection. Introspection can lead you to learning more about yourself in a positive way. But it’s not ok justifying your present life based on old happy memories. I say justifying as you may feel stuck or trapped in the present and the only thing keeping you going are good memories that were once there and no longer exist.
If you are often reflecting on the past and what you could have changed, or what you wonder what you might have done differently. Feeling like your thoughts are going in circles and spinning like a wheel, really getting nowhere. Well this way of thinking is known as Rumination.
If you are feeling lost, trapped and not sure how to move forward from you current situation, try look at the results in your life.
You should consider asking yourself:
What have you done in the past that worked? Why? What hasn’t worked? Why?
Are there particular times when you're drawn to rumination? Perhaps there are times when you really need to bring your attention back to the present.
Where do you feel the most stress and resistance in your body and in your life?
How has what you’ve done affected your relationships?
If you really do feel stuck in your thoughts, something that has really helped me was stopping to try and figure things out on my own, and ask for help.
The help I had received gave me a better understanding of where I exactly needed help, refined my ideas, pointed out my mistakes and helped me shift and change my mindset.
Just remember, rumination isn't going to create any more pleasant memories for us to enjoy, and resolves nothing.🙏
