I’ve been MIA for a while……
Why……
Flooded with the weight of things…..

That when I think about them … it actually has nothing to do with me!

Things that weren’t serving me….
Weren’t helping me to be my best self, Things that we draining me instead of lifting me up!

I’ve made changes…..

I reach out for help to improve my mental health and well being

AND

At the end of the day…..

If I walk through life and seem to be finding myself in the same position….

well my friends…..

That was the perfect time for me to make changes!!!!
To learn how to deal with my situations and how to live, love and let go!

I am trying new ways!!!
Surrounding myself with uplifting people and resources!

Many things have happened between my last post and now!

Life is short and at a blink of an eye, everything can come crashing down or change drastically!

Who loves a little comfort food??

I’m feeling a little under the weather 😞

As a tradie, I’d NEVER take a day off just cos I wasn’t feeling ok!

I am a sole trader, so if I would stop so would 100% of my business

Sooooo…….

As many of us tradies do……

Go to work anyway!

Push through aches and pains!

Take twice as long to recover cos I was burning the candle at both ends!!

Not any more 🎉

Now with my little side hustle,

If I’m not feeling it…….

I STAY HOME!!

GUILT FREE
STRESS FREE

This side hustle allows me to work from the comfort of my home!!

So now I can

Relax let my body recover

Work on the side hustle, which isn’t physically punishing and let 100% of my business keep rolling on 💰🎉

I’ve taken the day off, put on a little bit of a chicken soup on and doing some study! 🥘📖

No need to jeopardise my health anymore!
I’m actually improving it 💪👊

Gone are the days of pushing my body to its limits and only stopping when I literally am stuck in bed 🛌

What’s happening on Aussie building sites!!

I’m a chippy with a side biz!!

Usually on-site I work alone or when needed, I have some great people I can call to give me a hand!

The last couple weeks I’ve been on quite a large site, bigger than the usual anyway….

Other trades…… two different projects going on….
U know how it is!

What maybe you didn’t realise though….
or maybe you do?

It’s like a friggen soap opera!!

WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL!!

I’m not used to this!!

People I choose to work with, both on-site and in the online platform I’m involved in…..
vibrate on my level…..

They see the positive in most situations, nobody’s perfect that’s why I say most, and speak to uplift each other and of course general chitchat!!

Who are you surrounding yourself with??

Are you one of the actor’s in these on-site soap operas!

This eye opener is a massive reminder for myself as to WHY, I’m making the changes to improve my world, my life and the lives of those around me!!

Come on guys!!

Stop and see who your surrounding yourself with and what energy they are leaving you with!!
