煮麵煲落一半水
凍水落三湯匙米粉
兩湯匙黑糖
全程不斷攪
夠熱再落合桃粉
不斷攪
太傑加水, 太稀加粉 (粉千奇唔好直接落熱糊裡)
到你認為夠傑後
再 blend 就變 silky smooth walnuts dessert
冇 blend 隔渣應該都 ok
再唔係就感食 😆

不過都係好類近, 就係 Crepe 薄身啲, 冇加泡打粉 😉
今晚晚飯後突然好想整, 之後 google 吓, 材料好簡單
一杯麵粉
半杯水
半杯奶
少少鹽
兩匙已溶牛油 (我好懶, 所以用 canola oil 代替)
自行加咗啲 Vanilla extract
跟著 pan fry 就得咗 🎉
配我最喜愛牛油加鍊奶 🤩
奶油 Crepe
Mushrooms risotto 🤩

之前整過, 覺得又雞湯又白酒又剩, 又幾多毫升又幾多公升... 太唔適合我 😆
今日我就乜都唔理隨意 style
全程用中火
先用咸牛油炒洋蔥同磨菇, 加雞粉調味,
之後再加生米一齊炒,
第一次收水加花雕酒 😆
然後只係加熱水 only
直至你覺得質感達標就轉細火, 加芝士 (parmesan), 撈溶後熄火, 放五分鐘
Al Dente 即係軟硬剛好
* 我有自行落吓香草黑胡椒...
* 全程大約 15 分鐘

但之後嘅步驟都可以自由發揮 (發酵後配料)
唔學過唔知 baking 真係要 learn from experience/experiment

P.s. 仲係未接受到用手搓 😂 不過都進一步改善咗, 第二次發酵有碌過吓再捲, 同之前成舊焗啲包紋係有分別嘅 😁

最近認真起來買咗麵包粉 😂
確實同普通麵粉有分別
不過感覺上只要發夠酵, 就唔會衰得去邊 😎
我整咗兩次白麵包先開始做實驗 😁👍🏻
250g bread flour
170ml warm water
4g yeast
And mix whatever ingredients you want
Let it sit until u think it's rise enough 😆
Transfer to baking tray
And let it rise for the second time
220'c 20mins
*I used spatula for the whole time. Good enough for me 😁👍🏻
P.S. 我個人比較衰, 唔鐘意用手掂麵粉, 所以全程只用膠剷 (spatula) , 如果你用手磋可能效果仲好, 我冇試, 所以唔知 😜 但我覺得已經好似麵包

我求其上網揾千層蛋糕皮材料做法, 都好似有好多唔同做法, 好開心第一次就成功咗 🎉
自己加朱古力粉調色, 覺得栗子味襯啡色多過白色 😁
皮材料:
70g cake flour (我冇, 要自己調, 1 cup 麵粉減兩匙麵粉, 加返兩匙粟粉)
25g unsalted butter
40g sugar
10g coco powder
250ml milk
2 eggs
P.S. 我煎第三塊先開始 get 倒個 skill, 去到第八九塊我先覺得 finally 掌握到
P.S. 我用咗兩份上面嘅材料整咗十四五塊
