Exfoliate!!!
The best thing you can do for your skin. Recipe: Aromatherapy Salt scrub. 3:1 salt:almond oil ratio use Murray river salt or Himalayan salt. Blend 10-15 drops of your favourite essential oil.

One of the best ways to use essential oils in for clinical aromatherapy is to blend your oils with a carrier oil and apply topically to the skin. In order to help best use the properties of the essential oils we blend them together so that they might be better together than they are alone. We can then blend and target for a specific condition or problem and in this way we are able to have a working diagnosis and the blend is able to provide a solution to facilitate healing as well as addressing the presenting condition.
