When we arrived in Australia, one of the things we missed greatly about our city of origin was its food and the flavours we were so accustomed to. Across many years, we yearned for those flavours and strove to find any and all means to satiate our desire for them, first across Sydney and now across Melbourne. In some endeavours, we met success; in others, not so much.
So…we decided to set off on our own journey to recreate the flavours we couldn’t find, and to share them with you.
