Q: What makes a good strength training program?
A: There is no real one size fits all when it comes to a good strength training program, as a program is only as good as the results it yields.
Since every person is different, every program can only be assessed based on how effective it is for that person and how well it tends to certain specific goals.
That said, all programs that hope to build strength will need to be gradually increasing the demands placed on the muscles over time.

Last week one of the UFC’s most famous faces made a visit to DARE. Alex Pereira.
We were honoured to watch the current UFC light heavyweight champion in action at our Bayside studio recently!
The MMA icon credits his ‘always on’ training strategy as the reason he can take on last minute fights, such as the recently announced main event of UFC 303.
Pereira will face former champion Jiri Prochazka in a rematch which is set to take place on June 29 in Las Vegas.
Announced just 16 days before, the fight is set to replace the original headliner between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler after McGregor was forced to withdraw due to an undisclosed injury.
We can’t wait to see Alex in action on June 29!
