I wasnt feeling 100% over the weekend but still managed to Top Cut into finals again at Perth Regionals but lost my finals match and came 2nd. Apart from that, I had the most amazing time making new junior friends and going on a speed boat ride twice. See you all in Sydney 😊

Thank you Nia for having the interview with her! She woke up to see it online and read it before heading off to school to where she's going to share it with her class and teachers today, as she loves the article.

She actually has kids at her school wanting to play pokemon VG now and battle with her having play dates to do just that and also the parents are asking about live events and when they can participate and play.
It's a shame Pokemon aren't running our local Premier and Midseason showdown events ATM but I'm sure when they do start up again officially, she will have a few school friends there joining her and competing with her. How exciting.

Overall, its been an amazing accomplishment and experience for her so thank you sooo much for sharing her story.

The happiest moment in my Pokemon journey is becoming Champion and winning the OCIC 2023. This last weekend has given me the most amazing experience to remember and I will forever cherish this moment! Thank you everyone who helped get me here!

I won the first Pokemon Regionals, now finally back in 2022. Went undefeated going 3-0 and up against a great Senior Nick Kan for my last game and won. It's great to be back in Brisbane where I won my very first Regionals ever to winning "the" first regionals to start back up again after the pandemic in over 2 years of lockdowns... I'm back and you guys have just made me stronger...

It's here... Pokemon Regional Events are back on and we're now in Brisbane for tomorrow's first event back after the pandemic. Looking forward to seeing all these new faces and great people we've gotten the chance to get to know during lockdown online and can't wait to get back into the live action.
