‘My Bridal Choos’

Well where do I begin......I have loved Jimmy Choo shoes ever since watching S*x in the City and seeing them when I was 23 in Florida!!!!

Unfortunately I didn't have the money to purchase any but promised myself that as soon as I qualified as an accountant that I would buy
myself some....lets just say that I was known in the family as the girl that wanted some Jimmy Choos and even my Grandparents would visit
the shop in America every time they went.

I was even going to call my fiances (now Husband) Dog Jimmy Choo but he wasn't too pleased with that idea :-)

Anyway it was coming up to my 30th Birthday and my fiance asked me what I wanted for my birthday...I had a few ideas but wanted something
that I could keep and treasure forever.....HE came up with the idea of getting me some Jimmy Choos...well not only did I know I picked the right
man to marry I thought to myself at the time this would be a great opportunity to get some amazing shoes for my wedding day which at this time
was only 1 year 1 week away,

I was so excited when I went to pick them up from the DHL warehouse in Reading....and took my time savouring everything about the box/the packaging
and finally the shoe...............the ones I had chosen were.............LACE in Champagne.

I remember strutting round our bedroom with them on and thinking that I was in shoe heaven!!!!!! They were truly the best present that I had ever had,
I wanted them to be special and kept them in the box that they had been delivered in until it came to dress fittings and week before the wedding where
I walked up and down in them every night. I remember my fiance asking if I still liked them.....it wasn't like it was pure LOVE.

I carried them to all my dress fittings like it was my baby and only trusted one of my bridesmaids to actually handle them...I sound like a crazy women but
I didn't want anything happening to them.

On the day of the wedding we get them out as well as the perfume I have purchased "Jimmy Choo" of course and the photographer took numerous pictures of
the shows, perfume, jewellery etc (the photos are amazing and we have a photo of the shoes in our official wedding album)

I felt like a princess on my wedding day and the shoes just made the whole outfit....I was also extremely lucky and because of the heel size I didn't need a single
alteration to my wedding dress....the dress maker told me that she has never seen a dress that didn't need altering and it was like the dress was made for me
the shoes had a big part to play in that!!

I wore them from 12pm until 11.30pm and they were perfect and not once were my feet sore............I have worn them once more since then and they are now
safely tucked away waiting for the next special occasion.

All I can say is THANK YOU JIMMY CHOO!!!!
