In the first quarter of 2024, Castlerock has unveiled a series of exciting updates throughout our business.
The Frankston development is progressing into its next phase, our signature funds have been rebranded and we've kicked off a capital raise targeting $30 million.

Join us in recognising Paul McGrady, our fantastic Facilities Manager, on his 4-year anniversary at Castlerock! Get to know him and more about his role below.
Q) Can you share a memorable project or accomplishment during your time so far at Castlerock?
A) Fortunately, I’ve been presented with the opportunity to manage some of Castlerock’s larger national assets which have given me great exposure to various high-level building systems. However, in terms of memorable accomplishments, I would say that working with our National Facilities Division to achieve a 6-Star NABERS rating at 445 Flinders Street Townsville for the last 4 years running is something I am very proud of.
Q) What does a day in the life for you look like? What are some of the day-to-day activities that you are responsible for?
A) Each day has different challenges which only helps to gain a greater understanding about each asset that I manage. My focus is ensuring that the buildings are running to the optimal capacity and that our tenants are able to get about their day without any concerns. The general day-to-day activities vary from contractor management, compliance reporting, tenant meetings, problem solving and forward planning.
Q) Outside of work, what are some of your hobbies or interests that you're passionate about?
A) On the rare occasion that I am not a slave to my 3 young children, I have become very passionate about sleep and being left alone 😊 I am also an avid follower of the Brisbane Broncos NRL team and a long-suffering supporter of English Premier League Football. Living in Townsville I am lucky enough to have Magnetic Island at my doorstep and try to enjoy the beaches there as much as possible.
