This week I checked out headspace Knox and went behind the scenes to see what services and features this centre offers young people and their families. The centre felt positive and modern, which is a plus when a person is feeling undecided, lost or in need of mental health support. headspace provide those aged 12-25 with the support and resources they need across a range of challenges ranging from family issues, bullying to drug and alcohol. This centre offers animal therapy 😻, a learn to drive program, youth advisory volunteering and mental health supports. They don’t judge and are a welcoming and open sound board for people.
