Our film Darkness Shall Not Stand is in the cinema for the Melbourne Documentary Film Festival. At 4:20 PM, this Sunday (28th July), at Cinema Nova we would love to invite the YD community to join us in watching this powerful and moving documentary on the big screen! This film recounts the personal story of a human trafficking survivor and her journey of deception and abuse. A couple of years ago, speaking at a Blue Moose commissioning service, I encouraged folk to go-stop-traffic. In light of Matt 7:13-14 … let's go plant the cross of Christ right in the middle of the "wide road." Recently, Nat, one of our awesome 2024 interns, did just that.
