140kg Olympic Barbell back squat at age 51.
All the way down, no belt, no wraps or special squat shoes. This type of squat is more athletic and transfers over to sports more than the powerlifting squat . By doing full range you stretch and strengthen at the same time.
Powerlifting squats are for powerlifting less transference to sport than Olympic squats.
