We offer a high quality service provided by relaxed, happy and experienced professionals who live in the area.
Sea Breeze Retreats will handle all of the marketing of your property, conduct inspections (both pre and post booking), facilitate housekeeping and all maintenance required and mange all of the rental enquiries and bookings. We will also handle the collection and return of the security bond. We offer a full Property Management system to owners of properties on the Southern Mornington Peninsula who wish to holiday lease out their property.
