Three exercises to try at home - no equipment needed! ⠀ ⠀ 1. Double leg squat 2x10⠀ 2. Hamstring bridge 2x10⠀ 3. Return to sport spotlight - VALD NordBord ⚡⠀ ⠀ With the return to local sport imminent, injury avoidance and protection is at the front of our mind. VALD Health brings technology previously limited to elite sporting teams, including many of those in the NBA to a local level. Our Williamstown clinic hosts the VALD NordBord Hamstring Testing System (and more!), measuring muscle strength and imbalance.
