We are humbled and grateful to be featured in the Good Food Guide 2022. Thank you @theageaustralia and @thegoodfoodguide for including our humble place on the list. As we settling into our life post lockdown 6.0, the sad truth is Thai Tide will be holding back our reopening plan due to significant workforce shortage in our industry. We were looking forward to celebrate with all of our beloved customers during this jolly season of the year, especially after the gruelling 262 days of lockdown. But, truth be told… a talent and workforce shortage means that every hospo venues are competing to secure valuable individuals to run the operation and for the time being, we unfortunately simply do not have enough human resources to satisfactorily, viably and sustainably deliver our product and service. Without enough staff to run at even half of the capacity of our restaurant, we had decided to adjourn the re-opening our shop front until further notice. In the interim, we are proactively “reimagining” on our products and services and we are super excited on what we have planned in early 2022. We appreciate much for every single one of our customers, who was eager to dine with us when the restriction was lifted few weeks ago and it was heart breaking that we were not at the capacity to host you just yet. Thank you so much for all of the thoughful notes, encouragement words and generous understanding. Although, we are not able to host you for dine-in, we are still passionately cooking our “Thai Tide” cuisine. Please kindly follow our social media for some updates on our new product ranges, that will soon be hitting select few of your local grocers. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you! 🙏🏻
