It was a big and beautiful 2023! Thank you to our incredible clients who turned up for their appointments and classes amidst busy schedules, mental load, difficult moments, and competing priorities…we are continually in awe of you. We also think (and will not be convinced otherwise!) we have the greatest community of women of all time 🐐🙌🏼. We are forever grateful you choose us to support you on your journey. If you’re using the foam roller for stretch and release (check out pinned reel for WHY!), next step is to add some quick and easy core exercises to get extra bang for your time. This series is a winner, especially for new mums! The first three exercises offer more support for your spine which means they are appropriate for most bodies. The final one is amazing for core and spinal mobility, but may not the best choice if you are sensitive to extension (arching back) movements or you’re recovering from abdominal surgery as it will stretch the abdominal wall…feels so good but not if you have a fresh incision! 😬🩹🙅🏽‍♀️ (and we can help you with that!) This series is great for home exerise, but assessment and tailored exercise always recommended to avoid injury and get the best results. 🚨 NEW LOCATION!
