Have a cracking week and enjoy the sunshine.

Also, just because something looks new and shiny doesn't mean it's better.
(Looking at all the pilates studios everywhere... 😄🙈) No hate please, just saying. ⬇️

💥Lift weights properly and walk. Perfect!

❗️️Go back to basics with your health.

✅️Eat plenty of fresh fruit and veggies and get your protein in every day.

✅️Sleep 8+ hours a night

✅️Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day

✅️And MOVE!!

I just shared this in my members group - it seems everyone is feeling the same way at the moment....

It seems the winter blues have hit everyone already - and winter has only just started. 😫

Yes it's cold, and dark early and it's HARD to get motivated to change into your workout gear .

It's easier to just put your dressing gown on and sit under a blanket and do nothing.

I get it!

I want to do the same. But I just get changed and don't think about it.

Tomorrow, next week won't be any better. Whatever you promise yourself, you won't feel less tired or more organised and 'if I can just get through this week...'! Sound familiar?

Well guess what - ⬇️⬇️

NOTHING CHANGES IF NOTHING CHANGES

Happy Monday - again! How did that happen? 🙈

As most of you know, calories are a measure of energy!

Whether you choose a plate of junk food or a plate full of healthy goodies, both can have the same calorie count, like 1500 calories.

But here's the catch: the type of food you choose can affect how your body feels and functions.

Nourishing your body with wholesome, nutrient-rich foods can give you the energy you need to power through the day, while junk food may leave you feeling sluggish.

Remember, it's all about balance and making choices that make you feel your best! 😊

Do you need some ideas on how to fit exercise into your busy day?

Keep reading... ⬇️⬇️

✅️ Schedule it in:
Treat your workout like any other important appointment and block off time for it in your schedule.

This helps prioritise it and ensures you make time for it.

✅️ Break it up:
If finding a solid chunk of time is challenging, break your workout into shorter sessions throughout the day.

Even 10-15 minutes of exercise at a time can add up!

✅️Multitask:
Combine exercise with other activities. For example, you can do squats while brushing your teeth or take a walk during your lunch break.

It's a great way to squeeze in some movement.

✅️Prioritise efficiency:
Opt for workouts that provide maximum results in a shorter amount of time.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts or circuit training can be great options.

✅️Make it enjoyable:
Find activities you genuinely enjoy, whether it's dancing, hiking, or playing a sport.

When you have fun, it won't feel like a chore, and you'll be more likely to stick with it.

Remember, every bit of movement counts, so don't be too hard on yourself if you can't always fit in a full workout.
