KNEE PAIN rehabilitation with multidirectional lunges. Erin McIntyre attended our clinic due to ongoing knee pain during running. We initially reduced her running distance per week and gave her hip strengthening exercises for glute medius and other deep hip rotators. She is now at the end of her rehab and nearly pain free. To finish it off she is doing some multidirectional lunges to help her lower leg endurance.
