Pancakes in 5minutes SO EASY!

I’ve been making these for years and I just can’t go past them! I’ve been trialing the consistently when adding protein powder and think I have it down pat. See recipes below

Protein Pancakes:
-2 eggs
-2 bananas
-1 scoop vanilla Protein
Smash the banana with a folk. Add egg and whisk. Add protein powder. Stir together. Then pour in fry pan and cook up 👌🏻

*if you DONT have protein powder or don’t want it. Just add below:
-2 eggs
-1 banana
Combine and cook 👌🏻
Just not as filling

Add any type off topping. My choice is choc chips and raspberries.
Mum choice today was lemon squeezed on top, raspberries and drizzle rice malt syrup 👏🏻 good choice chez!

Healthier version of Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups!!! I saw this recipe somewhere on my reels feed but it didn’t have any measurements so it was a bit of trial and error BUT I can confirm Marcus did mention last night it was the best thing I’ve ever made😳…just saying 🤣 *You better SAVE this 😜 INGREDIENTS: -1 cup Oats -1/4 cup Plain Flour (or almond flour) -1/2 cup Mavers Peanut Butter (or any nut butter) -1/2 cup Rice Malt Syrup -1 tsp Vanilla Extract -Pinch of salt -3/4 of a block Dark Choc (or regular) METHOD: -Combine it looks ingredients all in a bowl, except the chocolate -Firmly press down mixture in cupcake moulds -Melt chocolate and evenly spread over the top of each. -Sprinkle salt of top -Place in freezer for approximately 2 hours *Keep in freezer 👌🏻 Enjoy x #healthysnacks #healthykidssnacks #healthychocolovers

TRUTH BOMB 💣 I’m going to let you in on some home truths, as you seemed to like my honesty in my stories the other day (about anxiety) So currently…~ I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been- I Definately have a lot more rolls around my tummy that I never used to have-I haven’t been on a regular training regime for about a 16months (9 out of the 16 month pregnant)-I can feel it in my body, lathargic, heavy, yuk!I can also admit why for the above. I’ve been eating a lot of my feelings from the grief of losing by my son, Chase.Eating lots a chocolate, chips and even some cheeky wines in there, which is all fine in moderation. So I’m finally working on MYSELF again. Just small steps, doesn’t have to be anything major. My grief for Chase will never go away but I can start working on ME again!If you’re needing a sign to start doing something, even just starting walking regularly, here it is!!!Don’t start tomorrow, start TODAY! **Big hugs and kisses for anyone stuck in a rut or are mourning someone special at the moment! Do something for you to help with the process 😘😘😘

CORE/CARDIO. Let’s start the weekend off right! Grab some light dumbbells (or 2 cans of food!) - 4 Point Star Jump -Kneeling Punches-1/2 Turkish Get Up-X Climbers-Reverse Crunch to lower & reset **Try 50seconds each exercise, going straight to the next exercise. Have 1-2mins BREAK at the end REPEAT the circuit 2 more times. So a total of 3 Rounds 😁NOTE- If beginner try 40seconds each exercises with a 30seconds rest in between exercises:) #coreworkout #cardioworkout

After a warm up complete these 5 exercises one after the other. -Wall Sit; Alternate Leg lift off -Reverse Lunge to Single leg Shoulder Press -Lateral Med Ball Slams -DB side drag to 4 point hover -Sumo squat to curl and raise X10 of each exercise Pop a timer on for 20 minutes…then you’re done ✅ *Let me know how you find it!!! Nothing like punching your sister to wake you up in the morning 😜. We started with skipping and core (a few videos ago I posted, same one) for warm up. -Boxing tabata; 20sec work: 10sec rest for 6 rounds. -Circuit: ~Sumo Squats x12. ~Chest Press x12. ~Burpee 4 high Knees x10TIMER 7mins. Followed by more core, Leg Throwdowns…ouch, they hurt! Great little sweat sesh!Give the circuit a go! Only 7minutes out of your day! 😜👊🏻. #boxingworkout #boxingworkouts #sweatsession #personaltrainers
