Minton Place Q1 Project update
Minton Place has earnt a premium tag being the most sought-after location in Beveridge. This is reflected in the strong purchaser demand and sale price achieved – despite many challenges associated with COVID lockdowns over the past few years.
Stage 2 has now received a Statement of Compliance, with Stage 3 closely following, anticipated for March 2023. Both stages are now almost sold out, with only a few lots still available in each. Keep an eye out for the release of Stage 5B, containing 19 lots and to be launched in early March 2023.

Harpers Rise Q1 Project update
Construction of Harpers Rise continues to outperform. With Stage one all sold out, the project team are working towards the completion of the detailed design. It is exciting to see several significant infrastructure projects under way, including a $2.1-billion Sunbury rail line upgrade, new railway stations, the Bulla bypass project providing an unimpeded connection between Sunbury, and Pakenham and Cranbourne via the Metro Tunnel.
