Hilsa fish
Mustard oil 1/4 cup
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1 cup
Salt
Turmaric powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 2tsp
Ginger paste 2tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste 2tsp
Onion and green chilli paste 1cup

Ingredients:
Paya 1.5 kg
onion 2 medium
Black paper 7-8 pieces
Green cardamom 5-6 pieces
Cloves 3-4 pieces
Cinamon 2 sticks
Star anise 1 piece
black cardamom 1 piece
Mace 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Black cumin 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
garlic 3/4 tbsp
salt
oil 1/4 cup
Cashew nuts 7-8 pieces
milk 1/3 cup
poppy seeds paste 1 tbsp
Garam masala 2 tsp
Roasted Gram flour/ besan 3 tbsp

For tempering:
2 red chili
garlic 2tbsp
onion 3 tbsp
