Naomi was previously doing online coaching and had a gym membership elsewhere and found it difficult to navigate her training without physically being present with a trainer. Having only come to REPS a few months ago we really stripped it back for Naomi focusing on the fundamentals and technique of the basic exercises Deadlift, Squatting & Benching with no weights… fast track to now and she is using a barbell with added weight plates!

Client Progress of the week: Maria Scott
Checking in on progress, how we are feeling mentally & physically is one thing but when clients reach out to us and tell us about the difference they are seeing and feeling super proud of how far they have come is another.
Maria follows our program & trains consistently during the week. Her strength transitions and PB’s have become stronger each block.
We can see here the definition in her upper body has made such a huge improvement between February to now.
In the midsts of following our guides within the transition hub we can also see a difference in fat loss. Maria is someone who follows instructions and applies the changes in order to see results and her hard work pays off.
