🌟 Seek support: Talk to someone you trust about your boundaries and get support in maintaining them. This can be a friend, family member, therapist, or support group.

Not only did this help me move past the people pleasing, nice, smiling, lady that society “expects” me to be but it pushed me to stand up for myself and truly feel safe and protected, by me. That in itself is extremely empowering!
