Some new cups, small vases & big bowls trimmed & drying:)
Some fun ear candy making it’s way to today:)
My little lap loom weaving - a demonstration piece for our last private booking group workshop. It takes 4 hours for a beginner to complete a little one like this - it’s a little larger than an A5 piece of paper.
Another Finch & resin:)
Acrylic on board with resin:)
The resin still needs to set, so this one will be available next week.
Some new pieces jewellery pieces are coming soon….
Lots of small jewellery pieces pieces in the next kiln load - they make nice little test tiles for glazes I haven’t really played with yet. I’m very keen to play with silver in the design - maybe a fold over the top with silver rivets through the holes:)
Accidentally leaving the studio heater on helps dry out new pieces for trimming!
Today is the day after chemo day - last week I had terrible nausea - this week I started taking nausea tablets a little earlier & it has done the job! I feel far more human 😆 Enough so to tackle a painting. Still a work in progress, I need to move some shadows around & I used a silly small brush for the sky leaving brush marks to fix up.
‘Cloud Leaping’ work in progress:)
Yesterday’s effort:) hopefully they’ll be firm enough to trim & add handles later today - the damp weather might slow this down.
Dexter in print
Getting a little ink on my fingers today 🙌
No new designs just at the moment, revisiting some plates that I can definitely explore a little further:)
This tree is such a tease. It flowers early every year.
Ocean tones:)

The warmer weather is a little lovely ☀️ packing the kiln with holiday ceramics & a few of my own cups:)
