Our medium box always looks so colourful and delicious when finished! After I took this shot I remembered I had some blooming nasturtiums in the veggie patch so I ran out and plucked them to add some more of that gorgeous orange!

Fresh & Delish are extending our area of business to include Port Macquarie!
If you’ve already made orders with us in the Newcastle area, not to worry. We are still operating here also but Port Mac will become our new centre of operations over time.

Those of you who know us know that F&D are a mother/daughter team and Jo (mum) will be moving north, ready to begin taking order by mid June, while Jess will continue servicing the local area.

We are so excited about this expansion and the opportunities that lie ahead! Thank you to all our lovely customers and supporters who have helped our small business come this far💚

I have no words for how happy it makes us to have the opportunity to make things this beautiful to share with others!

Is that a peak on sunshine I see? We’ll take our chances! We’re embracing the autumn colours today, packing the car and putting on our gumboots. It’s time to get out there!

You could give me a bunch of flowers, sure. But have you tried a cheese bouquet??

Friday’s here! You’ve worked hard this week so let’s keep it easy tonight and lay on a spread of finger food and charcuterie.

Colour on the plate is everything to us! We’re always keeping an eye out for how we can add more; edible flowers, beetroot dip, turmeric crackers, Edam with the rind on!

What else should we try??

Keeping the natural flavours of fresh produce central to our products is a big priority. Whenever possible we make our dips and sauces ourselves so that we can tell you exactly what went in them.

Our favourite part of gathering together with the people we love is sharing delicious food and sweet moments.

Autumn is here, and while we could be sad that summer is over we are more excited for the cosy comfort food the cooler months will bring!

Life is sweet! So are the delicious treats we sneak into all our grazing boxes!
