Happy with my performances over the weekend, competing in both the Clarence St Cup and the State Omnium Championships. Whilst my results weren’t ideal, I’m happy with where I’m at, and i now look to keep building as the season progresses! Thanks to all the boys for keeping me honest!

Next up, the Tour of Bright in two weeks time where I’ll swap the track bike for the trusty roady and have a crack at tackling some of the country’s most difficult terrain, the Victorian Alps.

Over the moon last night to get up for my first Heffron Park win. It was another windy, difficult and fast-paced race as usual for heffron, and my handicap meant that I was able to hold the fast-approaching A graders off to the line.... just!!

Big thanks goes out to Colin Ironmonger, Paul Craft and the rest of the team at Eastern Suburbs Cycling Club for another well organised and enjoyable race, creating one of the best atmospheres for cycling in Australia, week in week out.
