Busking in July will feature;

🔥 In honour of NAIDOC week, Special Guests from the Awabakal Local Aboriginal Land Council to perform a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony
💰 All tips will be donated to Clothing the Gaps Foundation
🎨 FREE Face painting, lawn games, bike/scooter fun, and a playground
🍩 Coffee and brunch available from Tabnabs Cafe

Busking is a monthly opportunity for young musicians to give performance a go in a low key and casual environment. We love seeing confidence blossom with every performance!✨

The best part is that IT’S OPEN TO EVERYONE! We don’t care how old you are, which school you learn at or what instrument you play; you’re invited! 🫶

BAND CAMP - School Holiday fun with YOURS TRULY 🧡🧡

The term is nearly up and we’re begging for the music not to stop! So the Marmalade team has put together a jam packed school holiday workshop for like minded music lovers. 🌞

🗓️ Dates: 3rd, 4th, 5th October
⏰ Workshop Hours: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM daily
🎸 Concert: Thursday 5th October at 7:00 PM

Here's what you need to know:

🎵 Venue:
📍 Location: 110 Scott Street, Newcastle East (The Station).
🌟 Who's Invited: Ages 11 to 17
🎵 Skill Level: Bring your musical experience! Singers and instrument players welcome.

🎶 Our Mentors: Bands will be paired with a Marmalade Sky Music Mentor. Our mentors are skilled musicians with expertise in performance, collaboration, and music theory.
🎸Band Formation: Bring your instrument and get ready to jam! Bands will be formed on day one.
🎤 Performance Focus: Rock the stage in our final-day concert for family and friends! From stage presence to performance techniques, we'll prep you for an epic performance.
