Hello angels 👼👋 long time since I’ve last posted (sorry about that). Thank you for everyone who has continued to contact me in my unannounced hiatus 💖💖 I’m truly flattered and grateful.
I do plan on returning to making pots to sell at some stage, but for now I simply don’t have the time immerse myself in clay as I could during the peak of COVID.

Thank you to everyone that supported me over the past year with my pots! I am taking this hiatus time to recoup some creativity and develop some ideas for new pieces.

I was trawling through all my pottery pics to pick one for this post and settled on this one. Probably one of my most popular pieces - but equally so simple. What is it about the simple curved lines that draws us in?

My favourite Sunday ritual ☀️🌈🌻
Slow morning, fresh coffee, and checking the veggies. There is something about nurturing your future food, while simultaneously drinking from a handmade mug that is just SO fulfilling. 🌈 it’s hard getting a moment like this in the lead up to Christmas, let’s not forget to take a moment for self love amidst the chaos 💕💕💕

this lil mug is now bone dry and ready for its first firing! after which I’ll sand out any tiny imperfections and glaze it white 🌈

don’t mind me, I’m still doting over this piece and it’s pair that I picked up on wednesday. 🌈 i have settled on this flat, wide mug shape and colour patterning, that just makes me so happy inside ~ more to come 👀

this mug was freshly trimmed and handled on sunday (excuse the clay hands). it still requires its two firings and glaze to become its beautiful, useable self 🌻

but in the meantime I am excited to share these handleless mugs I made for my sissy’s birthday 💕💕

a set of four of the finger cuddle mugs, thrown in recycled clay, finished with a satin white glaze. a super minimal look, which were a dream to make.

i looooovee the soft base curve and how these feel in hand. Best used for coffee, due to lack of handle.
