The MJL season may be over but the U14 Boys Team 1 have one more challenge ahead of them! This year’s State Cup will be happening on the 17th and 18th of August at Bathurst Indoor Sports Stadium.

The Katoomba boys u15s
basketball team defeated Blaxland High School in their round 3 game.

With the score tied at half time, the boys turned it on in the second half. Noah Quirk was the stand out, scoring five 3-pointers on his way to lead the scoring for both teams. Riley Sweeny had an excellent defensive display, as well as Eli Roberts and Sebi Salter.

The boys have now booked their place in the Sydney west Gala day to be played in a few weeks.
