Thanks to Alex for letting me work on his Patrol. Had a bit of rust coming through on the roof. After the tare down there was more rust on the gutter rails and inner structure.

I have a new car in the workshop, Graham's Ford XL. Here are some pics of the work

Some pics of the work on the rear 1/4 of the HZ. The customer wanted bigger tyres to fit so while the 1/4 panel was off to fix all the rust we widened the inner wheel arch to suit the bigger tread, fitted a new dog leg, fixed the rust in the front section of the wheel arch and all the rust around the back window.

The cowl, plenum and lower a pillars had a bit of rust. Made new lower a pillars and a few patches in the plenum with a new cowl.

A huge thanks to Kris for letting me work on his car its all done now and looking forward to the next car.

With the old roof removed Kris had a donor roof with out a sun roof, after a few repairs the roofs back on and looking good

A few repairs done on the front end of the 260z

Pulled off the lower tailgate skin on the 260z to do some rust repairs but there was a lot more rust than I thought, made a new inner lip and outer skin and welded them back in.

Kyles XL wagon came in for some more rust repairs, once I started the works it ended up a lot more work than planned. We ended up replacing most of the driver side floor pans, inner and outer sills, lower A pillar, B pillar and dog leg. The outer sill comes very basic so I had to make the top section of the sill and the front section. Next month it will be back for the passanger side

After getting the outer sill reinstalled on Kris's 260z, I fixed the lower rust repairs on the front fenders. Once the doors came back from getting blasted and primed we got new door skins from rare spares and they wanted a bit of work to get the body lines to match but after a bit of work then gapping it all turned out looking good.

Once the floor was cut out the inner sill wanted a bit of repairs aswell. Once that was sorted the new floor, wheel arch and chassi rail got welded in. Next for the HK is the rear window and parcel shelf repairs

Both skins removed of the 260z doors and all the rust repairs done, off for blasting and primer.

First on the list on Kris's 260z was the floor pans next is the doors

A few repairs on Dave's HK firewall, cowl and windscreen

A few repairs I done on a XL wagon tailgate and installed a new skin

Got the passanger side chassi rails removed in the hk and rust repairs done, still a fair bit of work to go

A new car in the shop, a 260z in for a few rust repairs and getting a new roof. Final tear down and fitted to the rotisserie and off for blasting.

The back end of the hk had been hit and the tail light area was all smashed, made a new repair section pretty happy with how it turned out

Cut out the rust in the wheel arch and made a new section, all welded in and made a inner dog leg ready for install

Removed the driver side rear floor to fix some rust in the inner sill, made some floor pieces to fit to the rare spares floor pan and welded it all in

Inner 1/4 patch panel made and welded in and a rare spares lower 1/4 panel welded in
