🏏🔵 BLCC MILESTONE 🔵🏏 Congratulations to Greg “Soups” Jacobsen on playing his 250th game for the club over the weekend. Soups brought up the milestone in the H Grade 1-Day fixture v Wanneroo on Saturday. A life member who always puts the club first, Soups has spent countless seasons volunteering his time and taking upon committee roles in particular the role as club Registar since 2011 as well as going above and beyond winning Best Clubman awards across his journey. Currently captain of the H Grade team Soups is always trying to improve his game and last season hit his highest ever score for the club with 70 runs as well as won G Grade’s batting aggregate award! Hats off to a great milestone and the club wishes you all the best and congratulates you on all your achievements and support over the years! Areas! 👊🏽💙💪🏽🏏
🔵🏏 CENTURY ALERT 🏏🔵 Congratulations to Jayden Mews on bringing up his hundred this weekend and the first one for the club this season! Known for his big hitting and ability to take a game away from the opposition in a session Mewsy did it yet again in the D Grade fixture v Kingsley-Woodvale. Coming in at a healthy 4/178 and with good work from the top order, it was all setup for a Mewsy cameo, finishing unbeaten on 135no (incl 12 sixes!!) with an unbeaten 175 run partnership with Liam Silsby and the team 4/353 dec 😳👏🏽💙 Treat yourselves to the moment he brought up his big hunjee below! GO BLUES!! 💙🏏💪🏽
