I am scouting for various house locations in PERTH HILLS including Mundaring, Carmel, Helena Valley, Kalamunda, Lesmurdie and Forrestfield for a TV series being filmed from September.

Images are for reference only:
1. House 1:
Weatherboard cottage.
1950’s or older.

2. House 2:
Single storey / ground level character house with an artists styled workshop or an old stable / wooden workshop at the top of the driveway.
On a small holding but can still see neighbours and their driveways.

3. House 3:
Modest single storey home with the backyard backing onto trees or nature reserve. Perhaps an element of Modernist architecture or breezeway bricks.
Interior: Exposed beams, angled ceilings, and windows looking onto the nature reserve.

Yes, we pay location fees and
Yes, we have full public / property insurances.

Are you the proud owner of a late model 2018+ Station wagon/SUV in good condition, sporting a neutral color (excluding black or white)? If so, we're on the lookout for your vehicle to feature in an upcoming stills shoot! 🎬 Set in the Perth Metro area, location to be confirmed, the shoot will take approximately 4 hours in mid-June.

The scene calls for your car to be parked in a driveway, with our talent retrieving an item from the boot—no driving required! If you're keen to lend us your wheels, we'll compensate you with $400 for your time and generosity. 🌟

Spacious Bathroom: We're searching for a roomy bathroom with ample space to move around, complete with a shower receptacle and basin.
Spacious Kitchen: We're after a kitchen that exudes charm and character—something quaint, homely, and full of personality.

We are looking for another great house for an insurance company TVC. This home is ideally a federation-style home which front faces West. It has a nice open front yard with a closable garage. We also need to use a Kitchen and Lounge room. The shoot is mid November and we require the house for one full day. All insurance's are covered by the production company and we paid well $$$$. We are currently in search of a two-story house featuring a staircase and a spacious lounge area for a one-day Shoot. This is a professional and paid opportunity with compensation of $$$ for your participation. We require to film a dog walking up the stairs within your property.
