When life's heavy, I put on music and dance. The last couple of weeks my family have been emptying our childhood home. Heavy feels Joyful feels Sadness Loss Grief My Oldest brother died in the house that's at the front when we were kids(2001) we lived there before my folks subdivided and built the house out the back, he died from Brain cancer. My younger brother then died suddenly and unexpectedly in 2018 a week before his 25th birthday. Going through decades of memories, things, my belongings, my brothers belongings, photos, junk, has been heavy work. Today I felt overwhelmed and grief wanting to move through so I chose to do that by moving my body.
