Join us for a coffee cupping session with a Taiwanese twist! We have sourced some of the best Taiwanese coffee which were joined the EOI in 2023!!!

As you may have know already, we are a cafe that celebrates our Taiwanese heritage and we want to share with you the amazing single origin coffees from Taiwan. We have selected nine coffees from five different farms that showcase the diversity and quality of Taiwanese coffee.

We also had the opportunity to visit Mayaw coffee farm in Hualien and experience the whole journey of coffee from cherry picking, processing, milling and roasting.
Better yet, you will be able to taste this unique coffee along with the others.

Hey everyone, we have some news to share with you. Due to some staffing issues, we are changing our trading hour for the next few Sundays. We will be open from 7 am to 1pm for the Sundays till 03/12 and close on 19/11.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding and support. We hope to resume our normal hours as soon as possible. Thank you for your loyalty and patience.

There are numerous single origin samples that got sent to us from roasters all over Australia that you will be able to try. There is never a shortage of new single origins.

We also have cupping sessions with roasters from time to time. As a team member at hop, you’re always welcome to join the cupping and meet the roasters directly.

Last but not least, you will be joining a niche but friendly team that feels like family.

As a small batch specialty coffee roaster, we hand-pick the coffee we truly loved from the wide range selection of all the finest coffee.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample our new single origin selections through pour-over (DIY available) and espresso. Or, you can even bring your own beans to share with us. Oh, snacks are provided too!
