This is to ensure that both our clients and staff are safe, we don’t want to put anyone at risk nor ourselves and we ask that you understand.

🚫CANCELATION POLICY🚫

I understand that life can be unpredictable and that from time to time things happen which may result in you having to reschedule or cancel a clean.

I will do my very best to accommodate you in every way I can, all I ask is that you give me at least 48 HOURS NOTICE.

Please understand that time is money and if you do not give me notice, I waste precious hours travelling to your location unnecessarily when I could be working at another job.

If you neglect to give me notice I will have no choice but to apply a non-cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
This fee will also be applied if I am booked for a job and i'm unable to access your home at the booked time.

I will, however endeavour to contact you and allow 15 minutes leeway in case you are running late.

We are excited to start a proud women owned bussiness stationed in the Heart of High Wycombe.

My co-owner and I have noticed a high demand for cleaners not only in the shire of Kalamunda but in the Eastern hills area in general.

We both have 12 plus years experience in the professional cleaning and customer service industry. We always go above and beyond for our amazing customers and their beautiful homes.
