How nice was this - a lady at one of the buildings my cleaning business looks after, was moving out of her apartment but she insisted on buying me a drink for "All your hard work in keeping our building as such a lovely place to live."
True to her word, she trotted off straight to the bottlo and brought me back a nice Margaret River red.

We clean and take care of the common areas of residential and commercial strata properties. We also offer rubbish bin services, bulk rubbish removal, and pressure cleaning of walkways and stairwells. We also report maintenance issues to the Strata Property Managers and help fix them where we can.
We service strata properties across Perth from Fremantle in the South to Joondalup in the North, including many buildings in the Perth CBD, and from the coast, such as Scarborough to the Perth Hills, such as Kalamunda.
Business Owner, Tony Inman has previously managed strata properties and been Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer of Strata Councils of Owners and a Caretaker of buildings, so he thoroughly understands the needs of all stakeholders in keeping things running smoothly.
