There’s nothing like freshly sliced bread in the morning 🍞 This is our artisan crusty white, soft and fluffy on the inside with a nice crust on the outside. Baked fresh daily and sliced to your liking.

Our bakehouse is for more than just baking! Did you know we make our gelato in-house using our Dejaxo-produced milks? This includes our Nutella and pistachio gelatos which are made dairy free with our almond milk so everyone can enjoy a scoop 🍦

Our Artisan crusty white is soft and fluffy on the inside with a crusty outer. Perfect for sandwiches and toast, made fresh daily for you.

Crème caramel gelato getting ready to hit the freezers ❄️❄️ We make our gelato using our Dejaxo Guernsey cows milk, with flavours such as mars bar, red velvet, honeycomb, the list just goes on and on! We also have dairy free flavours (also GF) with our Dejaxo almond milk, such as pistachio or Nutella, so there’s no missing out here! You can pick up a tub or enjoy a scoop in store, or at Dejaxo- Carine Glades and Dejaxo Gelato Swanbourne .

Our sourdoughs have been perfected by our team to make sure you get the best bread possible. No additives, preservatives or quick fixes. We let our sourdoughs ferment naturally to produce lower GI, lower gluten and healthy bread options for our lovely customers to enjoy.
