Old weatherboard home completed in north Freo last week. Looking great for many years to come! Full exterior repaint.

Just finished some exterior varnish/timber work on this beautiful woodlands home! 3 coats sikkens to all exterior timber. Garage door was badly scratched and damaged where someone had backed into so bottom had to be stripped and sanded right back to get scratches out as obviously couldn’t be patched without being visible. Looking sharp now for years to come.

Front facade we finished today in karrinyup ! Out with the brown feature colours to a modern charcoal/grey! 👌

Beautiful old character home we just completed this week in Shenton Park. Owners decided the old blue was dated and faded and wanted it to look fresh again with a modern charcoal colour! Wattyl solaguard low sheen paint made up to ‘ticking’ ( colour dulux)
The white timber work is fine for them to leave for a few more years so we just sanded down and patched/repaired weatherboards and then 2 solid coats on the weatherboards and walls. Owners are very happy with new colour and how it’s come up . Message for a quote. Taking bookings for mid Jan now .

We are Very Happy with this concrete staircase we did this week. This property goes to market tomorrow. Old carpet was on these treads previously. 2 pac expoxy patched , sanded , primed and several top coats of colour matched to wall colour to give it a seamless look.
