⭐Move of the Month⭐ This month we're focusing on the Side Rocking Lunge strength exercise, which works your glutes, quads and adductors🔥 Stand with your feet together and hands clasped in front of the chest. Take a large step to the right, lower into a lunge with the right knee aligned with the right foot. Push off the right foot and swing to the left transitioning into a lunge on the left foot, then come back to the right. Keep alternating until the pulse turns off.
