The only thing better than being on holidays is looking back at amazing memories.

This time 3 years ago my family and I spent a few weeks exploring California... It was just the perfect holiday!

When planning this trip I wanted to make sure we experienced lots of activities as well as having the chance to relax along the way. We started out in San Francisco before heading south on the Pacific Coast Highway - AKA Route 1. We had a few nights in Monterey and Pismo Beach before hitting Anaheim for 5 days of fun at Disneyland which was just awesome. After our time in Anaheim we headed to San Deigo on the Pacific Surfliner Train, such a fantastic way to travel between the 2 cities.

Some of the highlights of this trip were Riding a bike across the Golden Gate Bridge, visiting the Monterey Aquarium, Surfing Pismo Beach, Disneyland, Sea World San Deigo and watching the Sea Lions at play in La Jolla just to name a few.
